What To Expect At Your Visit
Some of the challenges we face are sudden and unexpected. Other challenges build up over time and impact the ways in which we interact with the world – relationships, employment, finances, values and beliefs, and more. Some people experience a spontaneous recognition that counseling may be helpful for navigating the waters. Others may experience a persistent inner whisper that encourages counseling for years. Whatever your experience may be, connecting with a counselor takes courage. Making the first call is taking a risk. Your call will be met with integrity and your challenges will be treated with dignity. Whatever your needs may be, I am here to offer support and to help you seek solutions. I have the tools and professional experience to help you get back on track, achieve your goals, and reach your greatest potential.
